This Privacy Policy explains how YOREVOX CUSTOMER ASSISTANCE SERVICE ("YoreVox," "we," "us") handles information in connection with our website (yorevox.com) and our AI-receptionist software for insurance agencies (the "Service"). YoreVox is a sole proprietorship registered with the Philippine Department of Trade and Industry (DTI Business Name No. 8249729) and serves customers in the United States.

1. Information we collect

• Information you give us. When you submit a form, book a review, or contact us, we collect what you provide — for example your name, email, phone, agency name, and message.
• Customer & billing data. If you become a customer, we (and our payment provider) process account and billing details needed to provide and bill the Service.
• Data we process on your behalf. When you use the Service, it processes the contact details and messages of your own clients/leads. As to that data, you (the agency) are the controller and YoreVox is a processor/service provider acting on your instructions; see your Master Services Agreement.
• Automatically collected. Standard server logs and limited technical data (e.g., IP address, browser type, pages viewed) for security and operation. We keep cookies to a minimum and do not sell personal information.

2. How we use information

• To provide, operate, secure, and improve the website and Service;
• To respond to inquiries and provide support;
• To process payments and manage subscriptions;
• To send service and, where permitted, occasional informational messages (you can opt out anytime);
• To comply with law and enforce our agreements.

3. How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us run YoreVox, under appropriate confidentiality and data-protection terms. These currently include:

• Paddle — payment processing and merchant-of-record billing;
• Twilio — SMS/telephony delivery;
• Anthropic — AI text generation;
• FormSubmit — website contact-form delivery;
• Railway and Hostinger — hosting and infrastructure.

We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect rights and safety, or in connection with a business transfer.

4. Cookies

Our website uses only essential/functional cookies and limited technical logging. We do not use cookies to build advertising profiles. Your browser settings let you control cookies.

5. Data retention

We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law. Customer data is handled per the Master Services Agreement, including export/deletion on termination.

6. Security

We use commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards appropriate to a small SaaS provider, including encryption in transit (TLS), access controls, and tenant isolation. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. International transfers

YoreVox is operated from the Philippines and uses US and global cloud infrastructure. Information may be processed in the United States and other countries. Where a customer is subject to GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, or similar laws, a Data Processing Addendum is available on request.

8. Your choices & rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information we hold about you, and you may opt out of non-essential messages, by emailing compliance@yorevox.com. We will respond as required by applicable law. For data we process on behalf of an agency customer, please contact that agency (the controller).

9. Children

The website and Service are for businesses and are not directed to children under 18; we do not knowingly collect their information.

10. Changes

We may update this Policy from time to time. We will post the new effective date here, and material changes will be communicated as appropriate.
