Refund & Cancellation Policy

Effective: June 6, 2026

This policy explains how billing, cancellations, and refunds work for the YoreVox subscription Service, provided by YOREVOX CUSTOMER ASSISTANCE SERVICE ("YoreVox"). It is consistent with our Master Services Agreement; where a signed agreement differs, that agreement controls.

1. Subscriptions & billing

Subscriptions are billed in advance — monthly plans each month, annual plans once per year — and renew automatically until cancelled. Payments are processed by our payment provider acting as merchant of record; applicable sales tax or VAT may be added at checkout.

2. Cancel anytime

You can cancel at any time through the customer portal or by emailing billing@yorevox.com. Cancellation stops future renewals; your access continues through the end of the period you have already paid for. For annual plans, please give at least 30 days' notice before renewal to avoid the next annual charge.

Except where required by law or expressly stated below, fees are non-refundable, including partial or unused subscription periods:

We will provide a refund of prepaid, unused fees where (a) required by applicable law, or (b) we materially fail to provide the Service and do not remedy it after notice and a reasonable cure period, as described in the Master Services Agreement.

5. Billing questions & chargebacks

Please raise any billing concern with us first at billing@yorevox.com within 30 days of the charge, and we will work with you in good faith. Initiating a chargeback for a legitimately incurred charge, instead of contacting us, is a breach of the Master Services Agreement.
