These Terms govern your use of the YoreVox website at yorevox.com (the "Site"), operated by YOREVOX CUSTOMER ASSISTANCE SERVICE, a sole proprietorship registered with the Philippine Department of Trade and Industry (DTI Business Name No. 8249729) ("YoreVox," "we," "us"). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms.
The Site provides general information about YoreVox. Use of our paid AI-receptionist Service is governed by a separate Master Services Agreement (MSA) and Order Form signed with us, together with our Acceptable Use & Messaging Compliance Policy. If those documents conflict with these Site Terms regarding the Service, the MSA and Order Form control.
You agree not to misuse the Site, including by attempting to breach security, scrape or overload it, introduce malware, or use it unlawfully or to infringe others' rights.
The Site and its content, including the YoreVox name, wordmark, text, and design, are owned by YoreVox or its licensors and are protected by law. You may not copy or reuse them without permission, except as allowed by these Terms or applicable law.
Information on the Site (including compliance materials and checklists) is for general informational purposes only and is not legal, financial, insurance, or other professional advice. YoreVox is a software provider; it is not a law firm and not a licensed insurance producer. Compliance requirements (including TCPA, 10DLC, CAN-SPAM, and state law) vary and change; consult a qualified professional for your situation.
The Site may link to third-party sites and tools (for example, our scheduling and payment providers). We are not responsible for their content or practices; your use of them is governed by their own terms.
The Site is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, YoreVox will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site. Our total liability relating to the Site is limited to USD 100. (Liability relating to the paid Service is governed by the MSA.)
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, where YoreVox is registered, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. (The Service's governing law and dispute resolution are set out in the MSA.)
We may update these Terms from time to time; the effective date above will change. Continued use of the Site means you accept the updated Terms.
